Welcome to The Williams Shop — a hand-built, open-air post-and-beam venue shaped by woodcraft and framed by ornamental gardens. Located in Powell River, BC, the space features 22-foot ceilings, crystal chandeliers, and views over mature gardens and a tranquil pond, creating an elegant West Coast setting.

From May 15 to September 15, The Williams Shop transitions from our working woodcraft studio into a crafted setting for weddings, celebrations, retreats, and creative gatherings. The venue offers an adaptable layout that can be tailored to your vision.

Venue Rental

• Base Rental: $3,500 for up to 100 guests.

• This includes exclusive use of The Williams Shop and Gardens from Friday 10:00 AM to Sunday 1:00 PM (Friday and Sunday reserved for setup and teardown).

• Full access to the ornamental gardens and pond for ceremonies, photos, and gatherings.

• Covered event area, ideal for ceremonies, receptions, dancing, and performances.

• On-site and street parking available, outdoor lighting, power, and Wi-Fi access.
