We are pleased to introduce The Williams Shop Commissary, our on-site commercial kitchen. Built to support the Food & Watering Hole and private gatherings across the properties, the commissary strengthens the culinary side of everything we do — and lays the groundwork for our future small-batch distillery.

The kitchen will also be available to local bakers and makers seeking licensed, food-safe production space.
