With a young apple orchard now established and a future distillery planned, the property continues to evolve—guided by the same hands-on approach that built it.

Our young apple orchard was planted in spring 2026 and marks the next chapter in the evolution of The Williams Shop. As the trees mature, they will support a future craft distillery—another step in building something lasting and deeply connected to the land.
