Welcome to The Williams Shop – Guest House
A spacious four-bedroom home surrounded by gardens and designed for comfortable group stays. With generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, ocean views from several rooms, and room for up to 11 guests, the Guest House is well suited to families, friends, wedding parties, and groups staying together at The Williams Shop.

The Guest House offers a bright, generous layout with plenty of room for families, friends, and groups to settle in together while still having space to spread out.
Living, Dining & Kitchen
Spacious living room with comfortable seating, sleeper sofa, and smart TV. Large dining area centred around a 4' x 9' live-edge table seating 8–10, with additional seating available at the countertop bar. The fully equipped kitchen features a large island, double oven, cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and grinder, blender, toaster, cookware, dishes, and everything needed for shared meals and longer stays.

The Williams Shop - Guest Lodge
A welcoming West Coast lodge with classic cedar-log charm and a comfortable, thoughtfully furnished interior. With open gathering spaces, a well-equipped kitchen, lovely gardens, and room for up to 10 guests, it’s an ideal retreat for families and small groups.

Main Level – Vintage Log Architecture Meets Contemporary Comfort. The upper floor showcases the home’s original cedar-log construction, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere enhanced by updated furnishings and spacious open-concept design.

Outdoor Living -A large covered outdoor living area sits just outside the Lodge main entrance, with a comfortable conversation set, dining table with seating for six, and BBQ. It’s a natural extension of the house and an easy place for outdoor meals, morning coffee, or evenings together.
The main-level balcony offers a quieter place to sit among the trees, with seating, garden views, and glimpses toward the ocean.
The Williams Shop – Guest Cabin
Welcome to The Williams Shop – Guest Cabin
A compact, fully equipped 280 sq. ft. cabin with its own private yard and a character all its own. Built from a shipping container and finished with a mix of rustic wood, industrial details, and collected pieces, the Cabin is designed for two guests, with room for a third on the daybed.
Set among mature trees and tucked into its own private outdoor space, it offers a quiet place to settle in while staying close to The Williams Shop, nearby beaches, trails, and the surrounding coast.
Cabin Layout & Features
Kitchen
A surprisingly well-equipped kitchen for a space this size, with a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink, open shelving, cookware, dishes, and the essentials for preparing meals during your stay.
Living Space
Comfortable daybed-style sofa, live-edge coffee table, smart TV, and a cozy sitting area that makes the most of the Cabin’s compact layout. The daybed can also accommodate an additional guest.
Bedroom
Separate sleeping area with a comfortable bed, bedside tables, windows on two sides, and locker-style storage that fits naturally with the Cabin’s industrial character.
Bathroom
Private bathroom with sink, toilet, and a galvanized stock-tank tub and shower — one of the Cabin’s most distinctive features.
Laundry
In-suite combination washer/dryer for longer stays.
Outdoor Highlights
A private fenced yard surrounded by mature trees, with Adirondack chairs and room to sit outside and enjoy the quiet. A small covered entry adds another sheltered spot to step outside with a morning coffee.
Location
Within walking distance of Thunder Bay Beach and a short drive from Canoe Bay, Stillwater Bluffs, and access points to the Sunshine Coast Trail. The Cabin is approximately 10 minutes from the Saltery Bay Ferry Terminal and 25 minutes from downtown Powell River.
