Welcome to The Williams Shop — a hand-built, open-air post-and-beam venue shaped from the land itself. Every beam and board was cut, milled, and finished on-site, using trees sourced directly from the property. Structural elements are reinforced with salvaged steel, reclaimed from local logging equipment and reworked by hand.

Located in Powell River, BC, the space features 22-foot ceilings, crystal chandeliers, and views over mature gardens and a tranquil pond—creating a setting that is both grounded and quietly refined.

From May 15 to September 15, The Williams Shop transitions from a working woodcraft studio into a gathering space for weddings, celebrations, retreats, and creative use. The venue offers an adaptable layout that can be shaped to suit each event.

Venue Rental

• Base Rental: $3,500 for up to 100 guests.

• Includes exclusive use of The Williams Shop and Gardens from Friday 10:00 AM to Sunday 1:00 PM (Friday and Sunday reserved for setup and teardown).

• Access to the on-site commissary kitchen for event-day food preparation, catering support, and service.

• Full access to the ornamental gardens and pond for ceremonies, photos, and gatherings.

• Covered event area, ideal for ceremonies, receptions, dancing, and performances.

• On-site and street parking available, along with outdoor lighting, power, and Wi-Fi.
