The Williams Shop Commissary
The Williams Shop Commissary is a purpose-built 23' x 32' commercial kitchen, designed and constructed with the same care as the rest of the property. It supports private events, independent culinary work, and production for The Williams Shop Farm Distillery.
The layout is intentional and well organized, with dedicated areas for prep, cooking, dishwashing, and storage—creating a space that is efficient, practical, and easy to work in.
Available for rental, the commissary is suited to bakers, makers, instructors, and committed food producers, as well as small groups gathering to cook, learn, and share a meal.

Morning: 8:00am – 12:00pm
Afternoon: 12:30pm – 4:30pm
Evening: 5:00pm – 9:00pm
Baker / Overnight: 10:00pm – 6:00am — charged as 2 rental blocks
Rates
Standard Rate
$100 per 4-hour block
Full Day
$180 for 8 consecutive hours
Recurring Maker Rate
$85 per 4-hour block (minimum 4 blocks per month)
A refundable cleaning and damage deposit is required for all rentals.
Optional lockable dry storage and dedicated refrigeration space are available for recurring users, allowing products to remain within a licensed environment between production and sale.
Use & Availability
The commissary supports private events at The Williams Shop and production for The Williams Shop Farm Distillery, and is also available for scheduled rental.
