We are excited to share the addition of The Williams Shop Commissary, our new commercial kitchen. Designed to support our future small-batch distillery and to elevate the culinary experience for gatherings at The Williams Shop, the Commissary will offer a dedicated workspace for chefs and caterers—bringing added ease, quality, and creativity to events. The Commissary will be available for the 2026 event season.
Looking Ahead
Opening in 2027, The Williams Shop Distillery will craft limited-edition spirits inspired by what we grow, bringing together the same care and intention that guide everything we build—from the gardens to the glass. Each season will shape what we cultivate, create, and share, adding its own character to this place.
Rooted in the gardens and orchard surrounding our post-and-beam space, our small-batch distillery will be a gathering place where the work of our hands meets the yield of our land.
We believe good things take time. In 2026, we’ll plant our first orchard and garden rows—apples, potatoes, and beets that will become the foundation of our spirits. Every bottle will carry the story of this land: grown, distilled, and shared here.
